FIELD: technological processes, drying.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the equipment of loose materials drying and may be used in agricultural and other industries. Device of loose materials drying consists of casing, spiral transporting trays, which are installed in vibration drive and have perforation in the form of evenly distributed conical openings for inertial material spillage, heaters that are installed between the turns of spiral transporting tray of heating bath, parallel to heaters on the internal side coils with radial openings are installed, and between the heaters and casing wall heat exchanger is installed, is different by the fact that in the device casing there is additional bath installed for cooling of weevils with vibrocirculating layer.
EFFECT: allows to intensify the process of drying, improves its quality, increases the capacity of the device, reduces specific power inputs.
