SUBSTANCE: device for thermochemical hetero-phase processing of disperse materials with vibration liquefaction containing a heat-insulating housing and a vibratory drive, material loading and unloading units, heaters evenly located at the side walls of the housing, circulating fans fixed to the bottom wall of the housing; inside the housing there is a rack with a series of mesh shelves containing thresholds of overspilling, wherein the rack is mounted on the stands of the vibratory drive with a clearance from the side walls of the housing.

EFFECT: increased uniformity of thermochemical transformations of carbon materials during activation, reproducibility of product properties, isokinetic of material transformations during processing.
