FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bulk material drying technique and may be used in metal mining, construction, pharmaceutical, agricultural, wood-working industries and etc. Device for bulk material drying consists of cylindrical housing with exhaust pipeline having openings in walls installed along housing axis. Screw conveying chute with edges contacting housing and pipeline surfaces is installed in radial clearance between cylindrical housing and exhaust pipeline. Heaters are mounted on the external surface of cylindrical housing and gas burner is located in the lower part of exhaust pipeline. Device for drying material loading is installed above upper coil of chute, while device for dried-out material unloading is situated under the lower coil of chute. Device is provided with several electromagnetic vibrators installed under screw chute bottom.
EFFECT: reduction of energy costs, simplification of design, improvement of reliable operation and increase of output, improvement of drying rate and reduction of material particles release.
