FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to the method of improving the cyclic charge-discharge characteristics of a lithium secondary battery with use of an active anode material on a Si base. According to the invention, the method involves processing the surface of the anode current collector with infusion to it of a special morphology and, preferably, a deposit from vapour phase of a silicon film as an active anode material through sputtering, with application of bias voltage to the anode current collector with a processed surface, and/or putting an adhesive layer between the anode current collector with a processed surface and a silicon film, so as to improve the ability to bonding between the anode current collector and the active material.
EFFECT: improved charge-discharge characteristics of the battery.
