FIELD: railroads.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a mobile device for generating electricity on a railroad. The technical result is achieved in that the claimed invention includes a housing (20), two diesel generator sets (80), a device for supplying fuel (100), a fire protection system (110), an electrical device (90) and two devices for diverting air (70). Moreover, two diesel generator sets (80), a fuel supply device (100), a fire protection system (110), an electrical device (90) and two air exhaust units (70) are located in the housing cavity (20). The housing (20) includes a base (20a), two end walls (20b), two side walls (20c), and a top cover (20d). In addition, the device contains a fuel tank (22), bolted to the base (20a), has a U-shaped cross-section, and the fuel tank (22) contains a lower fuel tank (22a), a left fuel tank (22b) located on the left side of the upper surface of the lower fuel tank (22a) and communicated with the lower fuel tank (22a), and the right fuel tank (22c) located on the right side of the upper surface of the lower fuel tank (22a) and communicated with the lower fuel tank (22a). The U-shaped cavity (22d) is formed by the inner vertical surface of the left fuel tank (22b), the inner vertical surface of the right fuel tank (22c) and the upper surface of the lower fuel tank (22a). The distance from the top wall (22e) of the fuel tank (22) to the inner top of the housing (20) is 1/3-1/2 of the height of the fuel tank (22). The number of fuel tanks according to the present invention is reduced, and accordingly the number of communication lines between the fuel tanks is reduced, thereby allowing for a more compact design of the fuel tanks, reducing the space for the fuel tanks and allowing the mobile power generation device to be fully utilized. In addition, the overall height of the fuel tank is reduced, which changes the center of gravity of the fuel tank and provides better stability.
EFFECT: technical result of the claimed invention is to obtain a more compact design and provide better stability of the fuel tanks.
