Method includes mixing of formula components, which contain inclusive complexes of biopolymer with volatile and/or labile components, extrusion of mixture and post-extrusion processing. As biopolymer keropeptides are used with main fraction of molecular mass of 3 00-3 000 Da.
EFFECT: improves balance of extrusion product on main nutritious and biological active substances.
