FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns roll-and-paddle flowmetres and can be applied in liquid or gas flow rate measurement in fluid and gas systems. Flowmetre includes a case with coaxial holes for working medium input and output channels, fixed face jaws, and at least two roll contractors with open grooves. Fixed face jaws connected to the case form work chamber inside the case. Contractor rotation axes are connected kinematically to the rotor shaft through synchronised transmission, shifted radially against rotor rotation axis to the inner walls of the case, and shifted angularly against each other. Outer surface of the case and its inner walls directed to the outer surface of contractor rollers form secure clearance. At that, a spot of work chamber internal surface opposite to contractor rollers is shifted radially against the rotor rotation axis. The flowmetre is supplied with electronic impulse rev sensor and electronic unit reading rotor torque and transforming measured value into working medium volume and/or mass quantities.
