SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic and pneumatic drives for driving working members and travel motion of different hydraulic machines and drives of mobile and stationary machines. Proposed roller-vane machine, hydraulic machine, in particularly, quantity and flow rate meter contains rotor with vanes of width L and diameter Dv over vanes installed in housing in which channels are made to let in and out working medium, in bores of which roller-separator is installed with outer diameter d and slot to provide free passage of rotor vanes. Rotor and roller-separator having camber angle α, are interconnected by synchronizing gears. Working volume V0 is changed by changing Dv or L or simultaneously changing Dv, and L. Parameters of Dv, L and d are chosen at definite relationships. EFFECT: simplified design and technology of manufacture, provision of high efficiency, reliability and accuracy. 5 cl, 6 dwg
