FIELD: food products.

SUBSTANCE: equipment contains pairs of lower an upper electrode plates of rectangular shape with each pair autonomous supply from separate generator of different power. It also contains conveyor for products block and device operating chamber above it. Conveyor bed consists of plates made of dielectric material. Lower electrodes in form of separate plates are located under conveyor. Upper electrodes are hung to the ceiling of operating chamber above the conveyor. Electrodes in their impact zone on the products blocks are installed so that electrode pair with maximal power is located above the central part of block. Following pairs of electrodes with reducing power are dislodged along the conveyor at the electrode length. Along the width of block they are located at the distance exceeding impact zones of electromagnetic field edge effects, created with upper and lower HFC electrodes.
