SUBSTANCE: ultrahigh frequency installation is made with tiered chains of non-traditional resonators, which allow to separately control the processes of defrosting and heating of cow colostrum in continuous mode due to control of power of separate generators. UHF plant consists of inner 2 and outer shielding 14 cylinders arranged coaxially in vertical plane. Non-ferromagnetic semi-cylinders 1 with slots in side surfaces along the entire height, separated into upper and lower tiers 5 by means of perforated non-ferromagnetic bases 7 are vertically installed in inter-ring space 7. In separated with the help of non-ferromagnetic perforated disc 6 halves of non-ferromagnetic inner cylinder 2 there are radiators with magnetrons 4 from microwave generators. Frozen raw material enters receiving reservoir 19 and is directed to the unconventional resonators of upper tier 5, where the colostrum is thawed. Then, liquid flows through perforated bases of 7 resonators into non-traditional resonators of second tier 5, where it is heated to temperature of 38 °C. Under lower base 8 of the screening outer cylinder 14 there is storage container 10 for the ready product.

EFFECT: invention relates to agriculture and can be used in defrosting and heating cow colostrum for feeding newborn calves.
