FIELD: medicine; surgery.
SUBSTANCE: pectoral lymphatic duct is drained in neck area. Portal vein is cannulated through umbilical vain combined with drop-by-drop introduction of 5-fluorouracil in dosage 800-1000 mg. For surgery period pectoral lymphatic duct is separated and pinched within 1-11 lumbar vertebra height on the left of vertebral column. Within one day of postoperative period pectoral lymphatic duct is drained in neck area.
EFFECT: effective removal of metabolism and cell decay products.
