FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates railway vehicle. Locking arm of water supply system in passenger carriage consists of frame connected with water-filled pipe, (1), valve (5), connected with displacer (14), device for signaling of termination of tank filling with water. With displacer (14) with ability of gradual closing of the frame holes (10) cylinder (13) (muff) is connected. Valve (5) is located with ability of movement between bearing and (3) keratoid cusps (2), its rod (6) is made hollow for interrelation of frame hollow, connected with signaling system, and subvalve frame hollow.
EFFECT: construction simplification and increasing of operation stability.
