FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bicycle automatic gear shifting control by means of centrifugal force of rotary weights with subsequent throwing in additional force from the running wheel axle to make the rear gear shifting mechanism operate. The said weights act on spring-loaded ring keyed to the wheel axle to move on over the key. The said ring is arranged inside the wheel axle between half-couplings shifting the control cable and can act on the half-couplings. A built-up key includes a rigid part and a flexible part that can bend down to the rigid part level so that to prohibit the spring-loaded ring motion on over the key in interaction with half-couplings. This is made possible by chamfers of the rigid part forming a space sufficient for deformed edges of flexible part to fit into it.
EFFECT: simpler design, reliable automatic gear shifting.
