FIELD: conveyor manufacturing.

SUBSTANCE: conveyor consists of belt infinitely closed in vertical plane to end pulleys. Conveyor belt forms top load-carrying part and bottom non-working part. Lugs are fixed to belt edges and disk rollers are installed on lugs so that they can interact with grooved guides. Lugs with rollers are fixed to the right and left edges of belt and biased along belt length. In the middle of conveyor, grooved guides for disk rollers on load-carrying part are fixed at lug directed along longitudinal axis of conveyor and above load-carrying part. Grooved guides adjoin each other. Roller lugs are fixed under the said guides crossing each other. Roller lugs installed on the right belt edge interact with grooved guides located to the left from longitudinal axis of conveyor, whereas roller lugs installed on the left edge interact with grooved guides located to the right from longitudinal axis of conveyor. Grooved guides for rollers are curvilinear and with junction in vertical plane with reference to each other. Tie point of curvilinear grooved guides with corresponding grooved guides in the middle of conveyor for rollers of the right and left belt edges are biased along longitudinal axis of conveyor to ensure rollers parting in belt flattening points when closed tray is opened and formed.

EFFECT: possibility for using conveyor outdoors when there are curvilinear places in line lay-out.
