FIELD: conveyor building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to conveyors with suspended belt, intended for transportation of bulk and lump cargoes. The conveyor contains a continuous belt fitted on end drums in the vertical plane; the belt forms the upper load-carrying and the lower idle run with brackets fastened to the sides of the belt; coupled running rollers are mounted on the brackets with a possibility of interaction thereof with tubular guides fixed on posts; loading and unloading devices. The brackets with running rollers on the right and the left sides of the belt are staggered along the belt length. The running rollers provided on the sides of the belt on the load-carrying run in the middle part of the conveyor are mounted with a possibility of their interaction with one common central tubular guide arranged in the longitudinal axis of the conveyor above the load-carrying run of the belt and their brackets are located inter-crossed under the said tubular guide, the closed trough of the belt being formed on the load-carrying run. Additional coupled curvilinear tubular guides are located in the zone of adjoining of the load-carrying run to the end drums in the spaces between the faces of this guide and tubular guides that form the belt trough on the lower idle run with the projection of their free ends over the end drums with mutual overlapping; the tubular guides can interact with outer edges of both the running rollers. A V-shaped cap is secured on this guide from the side of running the belt on the central tubular guide.

EFFECT: simplification of the design of the running gear, application of the conveyor in the open mode of operation and in case of curvilinear segments of the route.
