FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: rotor windmill streamline blade is mounted with a clearance relative to the axis of rotation. The blade is helically bent and counter inclined and incorporates, at least, three vortex-forming baffles on its inner side, the said baffles being made as a half-cylinder twisted relative its axis and arranged counter-inclined. The aforesaid windmill has a vertical axis of rotation and shaped blades fastened between the upper and lower circular covers. The blades, twisted vertically, are mounted with a clearance between the inner edge and shaft and counter-inclined towards wind flow and provided with, at least, three vortex-forming baffles on their inner side, the said baffles being made as a half-cylinder twisted relative its axis to direct air flow in between the blade and shaft.
EFFECT: efficient use of the wind kinetic energy, lower negative effect of uncontrolled wind flow vortices and higher efficiency.
