FIELD: wind-power engineering; power generation and supply through voltage regulator. SUBSTANCE: system has supporting structure, head turning about its vertical axis and carrying three moving windwheels made in the form of propellers with blades, windwheel speed limiter incorporating vertical stabilizer, rudder, trimmer, and control blade. Propeller shafts are relatively parallel and mounted on horizontal frame in same horizontal plane; frame is mounted on turning head and blades are arranged in two relatively parallel planes: in front plane at two adjacent propellers and in rear plane, at third propeller; blades of front propellers are facing adjacent propeller; they are arranged in-between blades of adjacent propeller and adjusted for opposing rotation at same speed by means of gears. Shaft of third (rear) propeller is kinematically joined, for example, with shaft of one of front propellers and through gears, with shaft of energy using equipment, say, electric generator, through coupling. Blades of propellers and gears may be made of high- strength corrosion-resistant material such as caprolactam. Horizontal supporting frame is arranged above turning head plane and secured thereon by means of external taut struts. EFFECT: improved power capacity and service life of system. 3 cl, 2 dwg
