FIELD: procedure of dispersed materials drying.

SUBSTANCE: drier consists of drying chamber, in which material is supplied through nozzle, furnace with mixing chamber, fan, at that drying agent from furnace is forced by fan by parallel flow with sprayed material, and fine solid particles of dried material are deposited on the chamber bottom and removed with auger, at that is contains system of spent drying agent treatment, where the agent is subject to preliminary acoustic treatment in acoustic plant for dust catching, optimal parameters of which for sonic treatment of medium-dispersed dust are the following: level of sound pressure of 140 dB and more, frequency of oscillating motion is 900 Hz, concentration of dust in the flow at least 2 g/m3, time of acoustic treatment is 1.5...2 sec, afterwards drying agent is sent to cyclone with bunker, where the main part of dry material taken away with gases is separated, and final cleaning of drying agent is carried out in bag filter, in exhaust channel of which recirculating valve is installed, which switches flow of spent and cleaned air to the inlet of furnace mixing chamber, at that microprocessor is included in the circuit, which is connected with detectors of pressure, temperature, humidity, speed of air and fluidisated flows, which are installed in drying circuit elements, and with actuators that regulate parameters of all elements of drying circuit, which performs the analysis of drying process parameters and sets optimal mode by means of effect of control signals on actuators of drying circuit elements, and sprayer is made in the form of acoustic nozzle for spraying of liquids and contains resonator that is made in the form of at least one spherical cavity, which is installed in end wall of casing that faces distributing head, at that spherical cavity is connected with calibrated opening to gap between vertical opening in end wall of casing and rod of distributing head, at that in the cross-section that is perpendicular to axis of rod, gap has annular cross-section, and distributing head is made in the form of casing with the cover in the form of truncated cones that are joined by larger bases, at that in the casing collector in the form of cylindrical cavity is installed, which is connected by annular channel that is formed by external cylindrical cavity of hollow rod and single diameter openings that are coaxial with it, which are made accordingly in cover and casing of distributing head, with at least three channels for solution outlet that are evenly distributed along the circumference and perpendicular to rod axis, at that cut of openings is installed on conical surface of distributing head cover, the incline angle of which determines the root angle of sprayed solution torch.

EFFECT: increase of drying efficiency.
