FIELD: procedure of dispersed materials drying.
SUBSTANCE: plant consists of drying chamber with nozzle, movable gas distributing grid in its bottom part, which is made as rotating hollow perforated cylinder, which is fixed with toothed drum, the profile of teeth of which corresponds to the shape of cylinder perforation, and in the cavity of the latter milling bodies are installed, at that in the plant additionally impingement plate is stipulated, which is made in the form of system of strings that are installed in horizontal planes along the whole cross section of conical expanding part of drying chamber, and fixed in its internal walls with the help of rims, at that strings are fixed between dowels in actinoid manner, with formation of conical surfaces that are directed to each other with their tops, at that on every rim in the centre disk is fixed, to which strings are attached, and spent dusted gases are subject to preliminary acoustic treatment in acoustic plant, optimal parameters of which for sonic treatment of medium-dispersed dust are the following: level of sound pressure of 140 dB and more, frequency of oscillating motion is 900 Hz, concentration of dust in the flow at least 2 g/m3, time of acoustic treatment is 1.5...2 sec.
EFFECT: increase of drying efficiency.
