FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: in vertical evaporation-drying chamber with inertial nozzle, which contains evaporation and drying chambers installed in the same casing with gas supplying and discharging pipelines, and also filter-heat exchanger, which is made in the form of nozzle from the boiling layer of inertial bodies, above which the sprinkler is installed, according to invention, the sprinkler is made in the form of header that rotates in bearings with control throttle of initial solution supply, and spent dusted gases are exposed to preliminary acoustic treatment in acoustic plant, after that dusted gases are sent to cyclone with bunker, where the main part of dry material that has been taken with gases is separated, and final cleaning of gases is carried out in the sleeve filter with bunker, at that nozzles are made in the form of acoustic nozzles, and resonator is made in the form of toroidal cavity or at least one spherical cavity, which is installed in the end wall of casing that faces distributing head, at that spherical cavity is connected by calibrated opening with clearance between vertical opening in the end wall of casing and rod of distributing head, at that in the section that is perpendicular to rod axis, the clearance has annular section, and distributing head is made in the from of casing with cover in the form of truncated cones, which are connected with their large bases, at that in casing there is a header installed in the form of cylindrical cavity, which is connected with annular channel formed by external cylindrical surface of hollow rod and identical diameter openings that are coaxial with it, which are made accordingly in cover and casing of distributing head, with at least three channels for solution discharge that are evenly distributed along circumference and perpendicular to rod axis, at that cut of openings is installed on the conical surface of distributing head cover, the incline angle of which determines root angle of sprayed solution torch, at that upper and lower limiting grids and nozzle are made of elastic materials, and vibrators are installed in the lower grid.
EFFECT: increase of drying efficiency.
