FIELD: process automation.
SUBSTANCE: system of automatic control and correction of preform sliding parameter for injection-molding machine consists of container bunker for preform, the surface of which is covered with sliding components, external caliper gage, which is made with the possibility of rotation and lowering inside container bunker and connected to measuring input of control unit, the control output of which is connected to sprayer of liquid sliding component that is installed inside intake chamber of injection-molding machine. At that external caliper gage is equipped with current detector that is connected to its drive electric motor circuit.
EFFECT: simplification of technological process.
