FIELD: processing of thermoplastic materials; production of the hollow items out of propylene. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a method to manufacture the hollow items out of polypropylene. The method is dealt with processing of thermoplastic materials, in particular, manufacture of the hollow items from polypropylene, mainly containers, for example, bottles, jars. Preliminary manufactured blanks being delivered from their storing place are heated in a furnace or other heating section continuously with a speed of 33-60 =/min, not allowing their surfaces flashing off, up to the temperature of the melting point of polypropylene. At that the concrete values of speed and temperature of heating up of a blank are determine depending on the mark of polypropylene. Then the blanks are stretched out in the axial direction, and then inflate the blanks. It is preferable to use marks of polypropylene and its copolymers with high index of melt yielding flow. The offered method allows to reduce power consumption and duration of the over-all production cycle to manufacture the hollow items from polypropylene at keeping the quality of items, and also to increase processibility of a production cycle due to possibility to use more simple equipment and tools.
