FIELD: personal demand and household items.
SUBSTANCE: method for making jewelry includes making platinum rim and fixing picturesque elements thereon. At least two layers of borax are set on the rim and subjected to calcination in oxidising medium until appearance of glassy myrica bead. Before putting the next layer of borax, the previous calcined layer is pigmented and subjected to calcination one more time.
EFFECT: simplification of jewelry making and possibility to create various colour combinations of picturesque elements through the use of different pigments.
