FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns high-frequency electrosurgical devices designed for soft tissues incision and coagulation. Electrosurgical device contains power supply including current sensor, high-frequency generator, wiring scheme, active and passive electrodes, control and display circuit, pressure sensor. Current sensor is connected to key control circuit management which is connected with control and display circuit and key. Pressure sensor is connected to primary winding of the of the high-frequency generator and through the scheme of management and indication to the scheme of management of a key. The target cascade of the high-frequency generator is the duple converter of constant pressure in variable with an average point of a primary winding of the transformer. The power supply is connected with the high-frequency generator through two diodes and two additional condensers, thus diode anodes are coupled to power supply, and cathodes - with additional condensers and terminals of a primary winding of high-frequency generator transformer forming the transformer midpoint.
EFFECT: expansion of functionality due to new mode of argon-plasma coagulation implemented.
