Besides, method of improved pharmacokinetics of HIV-protease inhibitor by formula (4) or its pharmaceutically accepted salt or ester, including introduction to an individual requiring such treatment, therapeutically effective amount of rhytonavir or its pharmaceutically accepted salt or ester with therapeutically effective amount of specified HIV-protease inhibitor by formula (4) is described.
