FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to the process of purifying pyrolisis gases of hydrocarbon raw materials from carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulphide, and more specifically to methods of purifying sulphurous-alkali water effluents, formed during alkali purification of gases. The alkali purification method of pyrolisis gases of hydrocarbon raw materials involves absorption of hydrogen sulphide and carbon dioxide from them, using a solution of sodium hydroxide in a washing column with formation of sulphurous-alkali effluents, containing hydrocarbons and emulsified liquid polymers. From the washing column, the sulphurous-alkali effluents are channelled for degassing, while the emulsified liquid polymers are channelled to an oil-remover, where they are dosed with a solvent, and process water in a volume ratio of 0.1-1÷1-0.1, as well as an emulsifying agent in a volume ratio to the emulsified liquid polymer of (0.00001÷0.0001):1. After mixing and settling of the solution, the polymers are taken for recycling. Sulphurous-alkali effluents, released from the emulsified liquid polymers, together with sulphurous-alkali effluents after degassing, are channelled into an injector-mixer, where they are dosed with an emulsifying agent in a volume ratio to sulphurous-alkali effluents of (0.00001÷0.0001):1, and then later put into a settling tank, where the sulphurous-alkali effluents are channelled for oxidation. The solution of polymers is channelled for partial recycling, and partial recirculation.

EFFECT: invention allows for eliminating polymer deposits on equipment.
