FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices for calibration of profiles and intended for application in composition of equipment used for production of plastic panels. Calibrator consists of top and bottom calibration modules, which include vacuumising and cooling units. Bottom calibration module is equipped with micrometric mechanisms. Mechanisms are connected to one of the lateral sides of bottom module and contact with movable bar. Bar is installed in top part of bottom calibration module at the edge of its lateral side.
EFFECT: production of plastic panel of higher quality with provision of reduction of edges spreading during connection to other similar panel.
