FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing lock multilayer panels from polycarbonate, as well as to lock multilayer panels obtained using the disclosed method. Technical result is achieved by the fact that method for production of lock multilayer panels includes preparation and supply of raw materials and materials to process line, dosing of raw materials and materials, their supply to extruder, where compression, melting, decompression, degassing, recompression, filtration, pumping with a gear melt pump, melt, homogenisation, mixing, alignment with another melt flow from co-extruder, distribution and formation of cellular structure by means of forming head, after which melt is supplied to calibrator plates, in which air is supplied into separate cells, then panel is moved by pulling devices installed after calibrator, wherein when air is supplied to cells, space is simultaneously evacuated between inner walls of calibrator plates and panel to provide accurate adjustment of panel geometry, and technical result is achieved by lock multilayer panel made according to such method.

EFFECT: technical result is improved tightness of connection and creation of visually seamless structure during mounting.
