FIELD: printing industry.
SUBSTANCE: method is implemented by applying the device of displacement of the working table on the axis Z for 3D-printer. The device comprises a motion screw mounted vertically in the printer housing and connected to the drive providing rotation of the screw. On the motion screw a nut is located, movably fixed to the working table base through the assembly of determining the zero coordinate on the axis Z. The assembly comprises a sensor of determining the zero coordinate on the axis Z, which consists of two contact boards, where one of the boards is connected to the nut and the second one - to the table base, with the ability of changing the state of the electric circuit when the surface of the working table reaches the nozzle of the print head.
EFFECT: automation of positioning the surface of the working table and automation of the initial printer settings, simplifying the maintenance and operation, and increase in reliability of operation.
