FIELD: alimentary product; mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in dispensing the baking yeast suspension in bakeries, in producing bread. The device contains the piece of furniture provided with the cooled section with the controllable internal temperature from -2°C to 12°C, preferably from 0 to 5°C, removable portable reservoir placed in the cooled section and containing the stable yeast suspension. The reservoir has the total internal volume from 1 to 100 litres, preferably from 3 to 100 litres, more preferably from 5 to 50 litres, and even more preferably from 10 to 25 litres; and the output aperture for the yeast suspension, output conduit for dispensing the yeast suspension. The output conduit connects the output aperture of the removable portable reservoir with the output aperture at the outwards of the cooled section. The opening/closure mechanism of the output conduit provides the opening the output conduit to dispense the yeast suspension and closure of the output conduit to stop the dispensing the yeast suspension. The invention includes the dispensing device, portable reservoir, the baking yeast suspension dispensing kit and the method for dispensing the yeast suspension in bakery.
EFFECT: invention enables dispensing liquid food product from portable reservoir and has simple design.
