SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the valve for measuring liquid or powder-like product, for example in bakery sector. The valve contains a fixed channel for product feeding, a closing element installed to the lower part of the channel and coaxial manifold installed outside of the channel. The manifold has the lower end in the form of valve seat and is made flexible when moves concerning the channel between the closed position when valve seat is closely connected to the closing element and the open position when the valve seat is located in the distance from closing element providing the possibility of product flowing. There is also uncovered the device for measuring and feeding.
EFFECT: valve possesses better sealing, sanitary properties and increased operating life.
