FIELD: alimentary product.
SUBSTANCE: method provides the yeast growing in the nutrient medium containing the sources of carbon, nitrogen, mineral substances and microelements, in presence of the yeast activator C7-alkyloxibenzole. The activator is injected as the 0.03-0.06% solution in yeast growing at the exponential growth phase.
EFFECT: method enables improvement of yeast physiologic condition, 40% reduction in cultivation time; increased yeast enzymatic activity and resistance to stress.
