FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to electrochemical deposition of metallic coatings and can be used for obtaining solid, wear resistant, heat resistant, corrosion resistant, solderable, easily welded coatings for products of machine building, radio-electronics and instrument making. The electrolyte contains the following components in g/l: sulphurous hepta-aqua nickel 200-300, dichloride hexa-aqua nickel 25-35, boric acid 25-35, 1,4-butenediol (35 %) 0.5-1.5, dimethylamineborane 0.2-1.0, sulphur containing brightener 0.5-3.0 and surface active agent-wetting agent of the non-ionic type 1-10.
EFFECT: increased stability of the electroplating process, obtaining of coating with controlled content and properties, improvement of physical-chemical characteristics of the coating, use of cheap additives and stabilisers.
