FIELD: building.
SUBSTANCE: system of construction components connection for supporting and shaping concrete lift slabs allows for shuttering panels dismantling without dithering efforts for concrete slab stanchion. Other advantages of proposed system consist in possibility to vary concrete slab thickness; possibility to achieve horizontal dimensions of a concrete slab non decimal to the basic dimensions of components; usage of shuttering panels spreading cantilever from concrete slab edge; ability to attach components of proposed system to wall; remote control of shuttering panel from the surface located below by means of a mounting-dismantling hook. The main components of proposed system includes shuttering panels, stanchions shuttering supporting structure, extension-type beams, supporting stanchions of shuttering supporting structure, regulated underslung joining components, wall hangers, wall beams, declined units of shuttering supporting structure and mounting-dismantling hooks. Shuttering panels are supported directly by stanchions of shuttering supporting structure without usage of spacer links. As spacer links, beams are used, as opposed to the standard practice in the field of shuttering shaping of concrete slabs.
EFFECT: decreased capital outlay; higher labour productivity; improved quality of concrete slabs.
