FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction of concrete and/or reinforced concrete structures, mainly of long type, for example, tunnels, and is intended to accelerate and facilitate the construction process. Formwork for the erection of extended structures, such as tunnels, by an open method, which is two blocks: a vertical formwork unit VFU and a horizontal formwork unit HFU, each of which includes a support beam, where the latter is made in the form of double tee, on which jack supports, screw jacks, screws and elements of inventory scaffolding of manual assembly ISMA are installed, at that at least two crossbars are installed on the latter. At least two suspended beams are additionally mounted on the VFU unit, on which supports with adjusting screws for fixing the formwork panels are suspended; at that, along the suspended beams from above there fixed is a flooring of sawn timber with breaks at the location of the erected walls. At least two channels-logs are installed on the HFU unit, along which the timber-log is laid, and a shaping surface is fixed on top of it. Formwork is equipped with wedging bars installed in the gap between the erected wall and the shaping surface. Movement of both units to the next section of works is performed without their disassembly by means of sliding of slides, which are made with possibility of pushing by at least two hydraulic cylinders connected to the hydraulic station, at that, the HFU unit follows the VFU unit.
EFFECT: reducing construction time, saving resources spent on erection of tunnels by open method.
