FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: hydraulic power plant is related to power engineering and may be used for increase of technical hydraulic potential with simultaneous generation of electric and thermal energy. Hydraulic power plant contains water source and water reservoir that communicates with at least one water duct, in the bottom part of which hydraulic machine is installed that is connected to electric generator, the outlet of which is connected to electric load, at least one vortex heat generator that is communicated with its inlet to water reservoir by additional water duct, and with its outlet is connected to heat consumer by means of piping and pipeline. Water ducts are equipped with water flow control devices that are connected to hydraulic turbine and heat generator. Hydraulic power plant is equipped with spillway water collection device, which is arranged with the possibility of communication via it to water reservoir in the area of water level, and another pipeline is connected to piping, and its outlet is connected with hydraulic thermal accumulator that is communicated with heat consumer. Hydraulic power plant is equipped with the other water duct of spillway line, by analogy with the additional one, with the second vortex heat generator installed in it, which is communicated with its inlet to spillway water collection device, and with its outlet - to piping.
EFFECT: increase of plant technical hydraulic potential during its operation in high-water periods.
