FIELD: food products, canned food production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, namely to manufacturing of snack foods. Cans are manufactured by cutting and blanching potatoes, blanching and cutting carrots and beetroots, cutting and freezing runner beans, freezing fresh green peas, cutting pickled cucumbers and tongue, blanching and grating garlic, mixing the above components without oxygen access with vegetable oil, acetic acid, table salt and black pepper, packing the obtained mix and mayonnaise, hermetic sealing and sterilisation. The invention allows manufacturing of canned food with good digestibility.
EFFECT: production of canned food with increased digestibility.
