SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with the technology for manufacturing tinned snacks due to boiling, shelling and cutting hen eggs; cutting and blanching potatoes, cucumbers, tomatoes, brown onions and celeriac and parsnip roots; blanching and cutting carrots; cutting and freezing lettuce, green onions and parsley greens; freezing fresh grains of green peas; cutting hen meat and the fillet of salted herring; grating garlic and mixing the above-mentioned components at oxygen-free technique with tomato paste, acetic acid, sugar, common salt, hot black pepper, Jamaica pepper, cinnamon and nutmeg. The mixture obtained and mayonnaise should be packed, sealed and sterilized. The innovation enables to manufacture canned food being of increased digestibility against analogous culinary dish.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
