FIELD: alimentary products, preservation.
SUBSTANCE: invention deals with the process of production of preserved pre-cooked first-course lunches for alimentation of cosmonauts when in space. The preserve production process includes the following activities: slicing chicken meat, frying it in melted butter and grinding, ricing garlic and sauting it in melted butter, blanching slicing, blanching and grinding potatoes and onions, freezing and grinding green parsley, blanching and grinding carrots, boiling rice until twofold increase of weight and grinding it, mixing the above-mentioned ingredients with bone broth, tomato paste and culinary salt, packaging the mix in aluminium tubes, vacuum sealing and sterilisation. The process enables production of preserves intended for alimentation of cosmonauts when in space which are characterised by enhanced digestibility properties as compared to traditional pre-cooked products of the kind.
