SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in chemical industry and other industrial branches. The installation to mix and compact incorporates batching units, loading and unloading devices, a drive, a mixer and a sealing device. The installation housing accommodates the drums with radial elastic elements. The mixer represents an elastic tape with guiding rolls. An accumulation chamber is attached to the mixer, furnished with an intake opening provided in its lower part. The compaction device housing is made from an elastic material and is coupled, in its lower part, with the deformation mechanism. The compaction device housing incorporates the loading-unloading device and the gas outlet branch pipe.
