FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in processing oil and recycling associated petroleum gases during extraction, collection and transportation of products of oil pumps at the deposits. When processing associated petroleum gases, crude oil undergoes thermal pyrolysis, which involves generation of a high temperature heat carrier through partial oxidation of hydrocarbon gas by oxygen, and simultaneous channelling of streams of the high temperature heat carrier and crude oil into the pyrolysis chamber with subsequent chilling and separation of the products in a fraction. Hydrocarbon gases C1-C4 are compressed together with oil until the C2-C4 fraction dissolves in it. Undissolved C1 (methane) gas is taken for generation of high temperature heat carrier with temperature of 1000-1500°C, and the oil with dissolved gases C2-C4 is sprayed into the pyrolysis chamber between the stream of the heat carrier and the walls of the chamber until cooling down of the reaction mixture to temperature of 500-800°C.
EFFECT: increased degree of conversion of petroleum gases in liquid hydrocarbon fractions.
