FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: calibrator proposed contains a hollow housing with several eccentric journals, on which roller bits with rock cutting elements staggered in plan are mounted; the roller bits are fixed by means of conical eccentric bushes, the smaller bases of which face opposite sides. The special feature of the calibrator is that the bushes are interconnected rigidly by retaining pins, which are mounted in recesses provided in the exposed surface of the bush shoulders. The bush shoulders are made with diametrically arranged faceted sides; the recesses for retaining pins are provided on circular segments of bush shoulders connected with the retaining pins releasably.
EFFECT: increase of efficiency of operation of the calibrator due to maximal use of the service life of rock cutting equipment of the roller bits.
