FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: pump consists of a drive mechanism, a piston, a plunger, a housing, a spring, an intake and discharge valves. The said pump incorporates a roller arranged at the piston top between the drive mechanism and the intake valve. The thrust cup is mounted onto a spring and a ledge of the top of the plunger arranged in the casing. Grooves are provided on the thrust cup side surface and those of the intake valve. The plunger is furnished with a central channel and ledges arranged on the thrust cup inner groove shoulder. The plunger shifts relative to the thrust cup by the size of clearance between the plunger end face and the intake valve. The contact surfaces of the above said valves are furnished with grooves with diameters making 1.1 to 1.2 of the diameter channels, while the depth makes 0.5 of the plunger channel diameter.
EFFECT: lower pump inlet drag and higher reliability.
