FIELD: pump engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates a pneumohydraulic pump for filling and testing high-pressure containers. The pump contains a housing 1, on which the pneumatic cylinder 2 to create low pressure and the pneumatic cylinder 3 to create high pressure with covers 29 and 42 are mounted opposite to each other. In each pneumatic cylinder 2, 3, a piston 35, 44 is mounted with a fixed plunger 39, 46, which enters the axial bore of the branch pipe 21, 22 to form a pumping chamber 24, 27 from the side of the suction and discharge valves 4, 8, 5, 11. On the opposite side of the pump chambers 24, 27, a guide 40, 47 is installed with two stops 41, 48, which regulate the strokes of the pistons 35, 44 through the pilot distributors 31, mounted on the brackets 30 of the covers 29, 42 of the pneumatic cylinders 2, 3. On the base of the housing 1 on the side of each of the pneumatic cylinders 2, 3 the distributor 19 of the drive medium is installed. In housing 1, suction and discharge valves 4, 8, 5, 11 of high- and low-pressure lines, a common pressure gauge 14 and a safety valve 12 are placed parallel to each other.
EFFECT: increasing the mobility and compactness of the device, as well as increasing its reliability during operation.
