FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering. The stage for a submerged multistage centrifugal pump has an impeller and a guide apparatus. The components are made from a cast iron bar by adding aluminium in amount of 1.8…4% under a melt mirror at temperature 1420-1460°C and heating the melt to pouring temperature 1500-1530°C. After pouring, the melt is then modified with non-silicate alloys, ferrosilicon or silicocalcium and poured into a sand-clay or a ceramic stack mould using ceramic filters. After casting knockout, the cast product undergoes thermal treatment to remove stress without changing the cast structure.
EFFECT: obtaining stage components with high corrosion resistance and wear resistance, resistance to scaling, reduced wear of the stages in the medium of an aggressive formation fluid.
