FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radial-flow bottom hole pumps for extraction of oil with high content of mineral salts, mechanical and abrasive dirt in formation waters. Bottom hole pump stage comprises guide vanes and impeller. Components of guide vanes and impeller are fabricated by blanking from rolled stainless steel sheet, annealing, extrusion or moulding, contact welding and machining at lathe or milling machines. Assembly of said components is carried out by cassette mechanised loading into jigs.
EFFECT: decreased weight, higher surface smoothness.
