SUBSTANCE: rocket launcher represents a centrifuge with the guides arranged radially thereon. The guide serve to receive and fix the rockets and are furnished with dogs provided with locks that, with the centrifuge rotating, ensure a short-time holdback of the rockets forced by centrifugal forces out from the guides into a hovering and their release after the rockets engine starts up.
