SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of rocket and space technology and can be used for ground launch of space rockets. The launch complex for pre-launch preparation and launch of the carrier rocket contains a launch complex, a launch system, a refueling cable-mast, general technical systems, auxiliary equipment and refueling telescopic pipelines. When the rocket is launched, the engines receive oxidizer and fuel through retractable telescopic pipelines from the launch pad to a take-off altitude of 40-60 m and do not consume fuel and oxidizer from the rocket tanks. Elbows of the telescopic pipeline are made of light durable metal. Inside the pipeline there are strings made of high-strength metal, fixed at the ends of the elbows.

EFFECT: increase in the mass of the payload launched into the Earth's orbit is achieved.
