FIELD: measuring instruments.
SUBSTANCE: device comprising three flexible bars provided with strain gauges. The flexible bars are affixed at one of their ends to a plate disposed on the inner side at the end face of the tunnel block. The other ends of the flexible bars are connected together onto a stop bar. The stop bar is affixed to a plate similar to the first plate disposed on the inner side at the end face of the adjacent tunnel block. Not less than three devices are placed into each movement joint along the inspected segment of the tunnel and position vectors of each of the tunnel blocks are logged into a computer of an input data recorder of the strain gauges. Basing on all the points, a tridimensional framework is created and taken as a reference of measurement. Then measurements are periodically taken and current position changes of the blocks are compared with said reference of measurement. A matrix of deviation from the framework points is formed thereby. The changes are logged in and it is determined whether they are within acceptable limits.
EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of measurement.
