FIELD: measurement technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to geodetic measurements. Method for geodynamic monitoring of shifts of blocks of the upper part of the earth's crust and deformation state of the earth's surface, where on controlled territory creates geodynamic polygon (GDP), at which performing HVB in a conventional coordinate system, high-altitude preparation of the monitored territory is performed by creating a single high-accuracy high-altitude base on the horizontal and vertical base (HVB) reference points and observation network (ON). Obtained results are transmitted in real time to a PC, in which an interface subsystem for processing and continuous updating of geospatial data is additionally created. Preliminary estimation of degree of geodynamic hazard on territory GDP. Creating metric geospatial digital medium in real mode time for rapid assessment of geodynamic state and degree of geodynamic hazard for infrastructure facilities.

EFFECT: high accuracy and reliability of the method of processing geodetic measurements by obtaining maximum accurate values of spatial coordinates of reference points HVB and ON in real time.
